I’ve been working out the past week consistently and I’m really starting to love it. It’s nice having time alone where I can just destress and work towards feeling better. I’m just worried because since I’m working out so much, I’m burning a lot of calories and not eating enough to make up for it. I can’t eat a lot because of my stomach issues, and instead mostly just snack throughout the day so I’m not getting enough calories and I don’t want that to become an issue. I just can’t really eat more than I do so I’m not sure how to make sure I’m getting properly nourished. I want to lose the extra weight I’ve put on, but not much beyond that since I’m already thin.
